Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. Please review our policy below: Clients have 24 hours prior to their appointment to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. No-shows will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking if changes are made at least 24 hours in advance.
